XLINE stands for Krautzberger products with particularly high requirements for precision, process reliability and reproducibility. Defined testing procedures, integrated directly into our manufacturing processes, are an essential part of this approach.
The relevant functions of our XLINE air and material nozzles are subject to 100% testing during manufacturing. This also includes determining and evaluating the spray pattern. Deviations can therefore be detected during manufacturing itself.
The aim is high reproducibility: the relevant properties of one component should match those of the next as closely as possible, creating consistent conditions for reproducible coating processes.
This XLINE principle is now also being applied to other product groups. These include, for example, our XLINE material pressure regulators, where defined functional tests are also part of the manufacturing and testing process.
