The A 24 automatic spray gun sets new standards in the compact class. Despite its particularly compact design, the unit delivers high precision, precise adjustability, and significantly reduced weight. Thanks to optimized components, innovative design, and modern nozzle technology, the A 24 is ideally suited for demanding industrial coating processes. The patented pre-air control system, combined with the XLINE nozzle system, ensures precise material application with high process reliability. The A 24 is available in various configurations and can be flexibly adapted to different applications. These include, among others, different main body variants (stainless steel or aluminum), circulation versions, and various sealing systems. The high switching dynamics enable precise and reproducible coating processes even at high cycle rates. Switching frequencies of up to 30 Hz* are possible and are achieved through the optimized pre-air control system. *Test conditions – require a correspondingly dynamic control system.
