The DA 4 - the automatic sprayer for the steam process.
As a further development of the DA 3, the new DA 4 offers all the advantages of the XLINE manufacturing process. This means that 100% control of the air nozzles is integrated in the process. For this reason, the DA 4 offers high precision and reproducibility, especially in automated processes. The spray gun is available with and without adjustable needle stroke. The apparatus is available as an internal or externally controlled variant. Our KG 38 nozzle program is available at DA 4. Depending on the medium to be processed, different material combinations made of plastic and stainless steel can be combined with nozzle and needle.
