As a further development of the DA 3, the new DA 4 offers all the advantages of the XLINE production process. This means that 100% control of the air nozzles is integrated into the process. For this reason, the DA 4 offers high precision and reproducibility, especially in automated processes. The spray gun is available with or without adjustable needle stroke. The unit is available as an internally or externally controlled version. Our KG 38 nozzle program is available for the DA 4. Depending on the medium to be processed, different material pairings of plastic and stainless steel can be combined for the nozzle and needle.
