Rotary machine R 703

The Krautzberger rotary machine R 703 is used for the automatic coating of small to medium-sized series made of a wide range of materials. Rotationally symmetrical components and geometries can be coated precisely and efficiently with the R 703. The R 703 is parameterised and set via an easy-to-use panel. Upon completion of commissioning, the operator places the workpieces to be coated on the adapted supports of the spindles. On the basis of the preset cycle, the workpiece is transported to the respective spraying stations, coated, and transported onwards to the operator with each cycle. Thanks to its user-friendly software interface, the rotary transfer machine R 703 is easy to program and operate, thereby enabling precise and repeatable coating.
