XLINE nozzles and air vents
XLINE nozzle technology is the latest generation of material nozzles and air nozzles from Krautzberger. It is now used in large parts of the Krautzberger product range - from manual spray guns to automatic spray guns and automated application processes. The aim of XLINE technology is to achieve consistently high nozzle quality, reproducible spray patterns and reliable application performance across a wide range of applications.
100 % control in the production process
XLINE material nozzles and air nozzles are developed, manufactured and tested at the Eltville am Rhein site. A key component of XLINE technology is the automated 100% inspection during the production process. The material nozzle and air nozzle are tested as a combination on a spray gun. The resulting spray pattern is visualized and automatically evaluated during the production process. Camera technology and laser processes record the spray result and compare it with defined tolerance values. This means that every nozzle-air nozzle combination produced can be evaluated directly. Only combinations that meet the defined requirements are approved for use.
Reproducible spray patterns thanks to controlled nozzle technology
The quality of a material nozzle and air nozzle directly influences the spray pattern, material distribution, overspray and process stability. Even minor deviations can have a direct impact on the application result. The automated quality control of XLINE technology produces reproducible spray results with high repeat accuracy - regardless of whether the nozzle technology is used in a manual spray gun, an automatic spray gun or in automated applications. This supports consistent application quality across a wide range of applications and industries.

XLINE nozzle technology comprises a versatile range of material nozzles and air nozzles for a wide variety of application tasks. Different nozzle and air nozzle combinations are available depending on the application, medium and desired spray pattern.

In the field of air nozzle technology, different variants are available for conventional atomization and HVLP applications. The XLINE air nozzles are available in anodized aluminium or stainless steel, depending on the application. Different materials and designs are also available for the material nozzles for a wide range of applications, materials and process requirements.

XLINE nozzle technology is manufactured at the Eltville am Rhein site using modern production facilities and highly automated machining centers. Development, production and quality testing are directly interlinked. This ensures consistent production quality, process reliability and traceability.
Documentation and traceability
Additional documentation and traceability solutions are possible for selected applications and specific customer requirements. Depending on requirements, manufactured material nozzle and air nozzle combinations can be clearly marked, documented or certified.
