Franz-Hermann Haas celebrates 40 years of service

40 years ago, Franz-Hermann Haas began his first day at work. Four decades dedicated to one company is no longer the norm.

Mr Haas started his apprenticeship as a precision mechanic at a company in Wiesbaden. The apprenticeship had to be put on hold due to the company’s insolvency.

And so it was that Mr Haas joined Krautzberger GmbH on 15/11/1975. He successfully completed his apprenticeship on 31/1/1979 and began working at the company.

On 1/6/1985, he successfully gained his master’s certificate as a precision mechanic and, after some time, he took over the management of the turning shop.

Over the years, Mr Haas has continuously undertaken further training to become an occupational safety specialist, a REFA technician and a laser protection officer.

Since 2005, Mr Haas made a decisive contribution to the development of new products and to the improvement of existing products in the prototype construction department.

His product expertise, which he has acquired over the decades, is something he shares with others and is always available to offer help and assistance to his colleagues. His positive manner and the pleasure he gains from the development of new products make him an esteemed colleague and employee.

The management team thanks Franz-Hermann Hass for his loyalty and dedication to the company.

At an anniversary celebration on November 15 in Eltville, Krautzberger presented him with an honorary certificate issued by the Wiesbaden Chamber of Commerce. The HR director Dieter Purmann presented a gift to the anniversary celebrant on behalf of Krautzberger GmbH.
