Our new air jet generation XLINE met with very positive feedback at this year’s trade fairs. Above all, the high-quality look and the modern presentation for Krautzberger convinced. Since the air nozzles and the new RA 6 spray gun were available shortly after the trade fairs, numerous sales successes have already been achieved today.
A 20 or RA 6 with XLINE air nozzles are used (or tested) in the following applications:
- Glazing sanitary ceramics with robots
- Glazing porcelain on continuous production lines
- Drum coating small parts
- Demanding application of sliding coatings to machine parts with robots
- Applying wood stains to high-quality solid-wood kitchen fronts on continuous production lines
The customer reactions are consistently positive and the XLINE air nozzles have also convinced with the numerous tests in the technical test center. The following product advantages were particularly noticeable to our customers:
- Very low self soiling of the air nozzle
- Significant ease of handling due to the new trapezoidal thread
- Thread is less sensitive to soiling
- Well reproducible spray pattern from old to new air nozzle generation
- Often a more efficient and better atomisation is recognizable
- High resistance and easy cleaning of the anodized aluminium surface
The 100% control in the manufacturing process allows us to open up previously closed markets in the field of car manufacturers and suppliers. The development of the XLINE air nozzles and the new manufacturing process was a considerable effort for Krautzberger. Today, we are all the more pleased about the rapid and very broad market acceptance. However, our developments in this area are far from being completed. You can also expect new products that can be equipped with XLINE air nozzles next year.
