HS 30 & HP 30
Product improvement
As part of our continuous product improvement, we have optimised the trigger pressure point, needle seal and needle guide of our HS 30 and HP 30 models.
Our spare parts catalogue and all available seal kits have been updated accordingly.

The following changes have been made:
• The needle dimensions have been changed to improve the trigger pressure point for the pre-air
• The seal used in the Perfekt 4 (a self-adjusting PTFE seal) has been adopted for these models. The variants are being supplemented with the self-adjusting seal, which will be offered as the standard version in future. The cotton seal remains available as an alternative.
• The PTFE cotton seal fitted on the air side has been replaced by a graphite seal of the same shape.
This provides the following benefits:
• Self-adjusting needle seal – no adjustment work required by the user
• Less risk of incorrect adjustment by the user
• Easier maintenance
• Less sensitive to contamination, for example from adhesive
• Proven technology – used in the Perfekt 4 for many years
