The robot spray gun MA 1 in miniature design has the same superb technical features as the RA 2 family. Separate control of circular jet air and flat jet air is possible.

The main element, the material nozzles and the needles are made of high-grade stainless steel as standard.

The gun is also available with needle stroke adjuster.

Special versions
Material needle with protruding needle:
This material needle has a cylindrical pin (protruding needle) in front of the sealing cone to prevent material particles blocking the material nozzle.

Parts in contact with the coating substance
The parts of the gun that come into contact with the coating material are made of stainless steel; the needle gaskets are made of UHMW-PE.
