Reliable material supply for industrial coating processes

The Krautzberger MDM 10 liter material pressure container was developed for the reliable supply of paints and low-viscosity coating materials in industrial painting and coating processes. Thanks to the balanced ratio between size and container volume, the container is suitable for a wide range of applications in surface technology. The material pressure tank enables a constant supply to manual spray guns, automatic spray guns and other coating systems. Especially in applications with medium material quantities, the MDM 10 liter offers longer refill intervals with a compact design.

Uniform material feed

The material is pressurized in the material pressure container using compressed air and then conveyed to the extraction point via suitable material hoses. This ensures a consistent and reliable supply of material for paints, water-based paints and other low-viscosity media. The material can be removed from the bottom of the container or via a riser pipe on the container lid. The material pressure container is equipped with a material outlet, shut-off device, compressed air connection fitting with pressure relief valve and a pressure gauge as standard.

Optionally expandable with accessories

The material pressure container can be optionally equipped with additional accessories. These include pneumatic agitators, level probes, material return and additional equipment for individual process requirements. This allows the MDM 10 liter material pressure container to be flexibly adapted to different materials and coating processes.
