Extensions for the Mikro XSv control unit are available up to a length of 300mm. In addition, different extension diameters as well as beam types are available. Due to the various air nozzle attachments, our extensions offer you solutions even in difficult-to-reach areas of your component. The new generation "Mikro spraying" – the control unit Mikro XSv. Thanks to an innovative pre-air control system and a 60% higher air output, the Mikro XSv achieves the highest possible switching performance as well as a perfect spray pattern. Due to a rapidly changing spray head including sealing pack, the Mikro XSv enables fast maintenance and offers a high level of ease of use. Through our manufacturing and testing methods, we integrate 100% control of our XLINE air nozzles into our process. Thus, the Mikro XSv offers high precision and reproducibility in fully automated spraying processes.
