DA 3 Steam Technology

The DA3 spray gun was developed specifically for steam applications. The properties of steam as an atomiser medium provide a very fine spray pattern with a high gloss factor. The comparatively low pressure level facilitates a very gentle material application with extremely high application ratio and minimal paint mist formation.

The procedure is suitable for water-based spray materials in all sectors of the surface technology industry.

Equipment components

The body is comprised of plastic with a control unit made of anodised aluminium. The head is made of stainless-steel. Flat and round jets can be adjusted individually.

The spray gun can be supplied with or without adjustable needle stroke. Depending on the material that is to be applied, different material combinations of plastic and stainless-steel for jet and needle are possible.
