Material supply for industrial coating systems

The Krautzberger MDH 50 liter material pressure container was developed for the reliable supply of paints and low-viscosity coating materials in industrial painting and coating processes. The large container volume makes the container particularly suitable for applications with higher material throughputs and longer production times. The material pressure tank enables a constant supply to manual spray guns, automatic spray guns and other coating systems. Especially in automated production systems, the larger container volume reduces the refilling effort and supports stable process sequences.

Uniform material feed

The material is pressurized in the material pressure container using compressed air and then conveyed to the extraction point via suitable material hoses. This ensures a consistent and reliable material supply for paints, water-based paints and other low-viscosity media, for example. The material can be removed from the bottom of the container or via a riser pipe on the container lid. The material pressure tank is equipped with a material outlet, shut-off device, compressed air connection fitting with pressure relief valve and a pressure gauge as standard. The MDH 50 liter material pressure tank is designed so that complete paint buckets can be inserted into the tank. This simplifies refilling and makes material changes more efficient.
