The A 24 automatic spray gun sets new standards in the compact class. Despite its particularly compact design, the machine impresses with its high precision, precise adjustability and significantly reduced weight. The patented pre-air control and the XLINE nozzle system ensure precise material application with high process reliability.

The A 24 is available in various configurations and can be flexibly adapted to different applications. These include different main body variants (VA or aluminum), circulation variants or different sealing systems. The high switching dynamics enable precise and reproducible coating processes, even at high cycle frequencies. Switching frequencies of up to 30 Hz* are possible and are achieved by the optimized pre-air control. *Test condition – a corresponding dynamic control is required.

Thanks to its sophisticated design, the A 24 is particularly maintenance-friendly and easy to clean. The durable components and clear design minimize downtimes and contribute to a high level of efficiency during operation.
