Krautzberger presents the GA 1 glazing machine – compact, precise, durable

With the GA 1 automatic glazing machine, Krautzberger GmbH is introducing the next generation of compact automatic spray guns. Developed for the highest demands in the processing of abrasive and highly viscous media, the GA 1 combines reliability, precision and durability in a compact design – ideal for modern glazing and coating processes.

The focus of the development was the combination of high efficiency, flexibility and minimal maintenance. The pneumatically controlled diaphragm valve ensures precise, fast switching and at the same time ensures a long service life. Mechanical wear on the needle or packing is completely avoided.

The integrated Krautzberger XLINE nozzle system, available in anodized aluminium or stainless steel (VA), guarantees a uniform, reproducible spray pattern with particularly low wear. Thanks to the optional carbide nozzle, the GA 1 is also ideal for use with abrasive media.

With its high air output and large cross-sections, the GA 1 is ideal for applying large quantities of material or highly viscous media. The compact design makes it particularly easy to reach complex geometries – a decisive advantage in automated processes and robot applications.

Thanks to various adapter variants, the GA 1 can be seamlessly integrated into different system concepts – either with or without circulation. The optional circulation version ensures a constant flow of material through the appliance. The GA 1 is easy to clean, has few spare parts and ensures quick maintenance and cleaning thanks to its sophisticated design.

Technical highlights of the GA 1
