Product

Product at a glance

The RMA 1 HVLP spraying machine is a very compact spraying machine with quick-change function. Due to its compact size and low weight, it can be used wherever the coating space is limited and yet a versatile functionality must be ensured. The RMA 1 HVLP has two separate air ducts that can be controlled via proportional valves during the spraying process. The versatile XLINE nozzle program allows almost all media to be atomized. Typical applications are robot applications or transit systems.

HVLP

The HVLP system (High Volume Low Pressure) draws its energy to tear the medium, from which large air volume allows the nozzle system. Due to the low speed of the spray air, only a fraction of the over spray is produced, as is the case with conventional, conventional spray systems. The Krautzberger HVLP system has an excellent transfer rate and thus saves you material that does not end up in the filter – but on its product. The HVLP system is versatile, not to be used for glossy surfaces.

Our HVLP process offers the following advantages:

HVLP System (High Volume Low Pressure) – a lot of air volume at lower atomisation pressure
Suitable for small and large parts
Low-overspray system
Suitable for functional coating- Material saving
