Continuous material supply for industrial processes

The KHE pump lifting station from Krautzberger was developed for continuous material supply in industrial production and coating processes. The system enables the reliable delivery of a wide variety of liquid and low-viscosity media - especially where larger quantities of material are processed or longer delivery distances between the material supply and the system need to be bridged. The KHE pump lifting station provides a stable and economical supply solution, particularly in applications with high material consumption or material rooms that are further away. Frequent opening and refilling of material pressure containers can be reduced and the production process can be made more efficient.

Individually configurable supply systems

The KHE pump lifting station is individually adapted to the respective application, the materials used and the container sizes delivered. Different components and equipment can be integrated depending on customer requirements. The KHE pump lifting station is usually equipped with a Krautzberger diaphragm pump - for example the MP 520 - and thus provides a reliable solution for continuous material supply. Depending on the application, the system can also be supplemented with pneumatic or electric agitators with different power and speed ranges, various agitator blades and fill level sensors. The design is customized according to the medium, container size and process requirements.

The KHE pump lifting station can be designed for different container sizes and, depending on the configuration, is suitable for containers up to 200 liters. Different versions and equipment options are available to adapt to the respective production environment.
