Reliable material supply for industrial coating processes

Krautzberger's unpressurized material containers were developed for the safe and reliable supply of liquid and low-viscosity media in industrial coating processes. They are used wherever paints, water-based paints, oils, glazes or similar materials need to be conveyed reliably and transferred to spray guns, automatic spray guns or other extraction points.

Thanks to their robust design and the various container sizes from 25 to 500 liters, the containers are suitable for smaller production processes as well as for central material supplies in industrial plants.

Pressureless material conveying for paints and coating materials

In contrast to classic pressurized material containers, unpressurized material containers are not conveyed by direct container pressure, but via external conveying technology such as diaphragm pumps. This makes pressureless systems particularly suitable for applications where large quantities of material need to be processed or materials need to be continuously supplied.

The containers can be optionally equipped with diaphragm pumps, agitators and other accessories. This allows a wide variety of materials to be conveyed reliably and kept homogeneous. Especially with water-based paints, pigmented media or materials with a tendency to sediment, an agitator ensures consistent material quality throughout the entire process.

The unpressurized material containers from Krautzberger can be flexibly expanded. Diaphragm pumps for material feed and pneumatic agitators for homogenizing the material can be integrated as an option. This creates a coordinated solution for industrial material supply.
