Reliable material supply for industrial coating processes

The pressureless material containers from Krautzberger were developed for the safe and reliable provision of liquid and low viscosity media in industrial coating processes. They are used wherever varnishes, water paints, oils, glazes or similar materials need to be safely transported and transferred to spray guns, automatic spray guns or other points of extraction.

Due to its robust design and the different container sizes from 25 to 500 litres, the containers are suitable for smaller production processes as well as for central material supplies in industrial plants.

Printless material conveying for paints and coating materials

In contrast to conventional material pressure vessels, the conveyance of pressureless material containers is not carried out by direct container pressure, but by external conveying technology such as diaphragm pumps. This makes pressureless systems particularly suitable for applications where larger quantities of material or materials need to be continuously provided.

The containers can optionally be equipped with diaphragm pumps, agitators and other accessories. This allows a wide range of materials to be safely transported and kept homogeneously. Especially for water-based varnishes, pigmented media or materials with sedimentation inclination, a stirrer ensures uniform material quality throughout the process.

Typical areas of application

The pressureless material containers are mainly used in the industrial painting and coating sector. Typical applications are the material supply of automatic spray guns, manual spray guns and dosing systems in production and coating plants.

The containers are used in the automotive industry, wood and furniture industry, plastic coating, metal coating, glass coating and general surface technology.

Pressureless material containers also offer advantages in applications with larger material throughputs or longer production times, as materials can be stored efficiently and transported continuously via external pump technology.

Optional with diaphragm pump and agitator

The pressureless material containers from Krautzberger can be flexibly expanded. Optionally, diaphragm pumps can be integrated for material conveying as well as pneumatic agitators for homogenizing the material. This creates a coordinated solution for the industrial material supply.

The combination of container, agitator and diaphragm pump is particularly suitable for applications where uniform material quality and constant material flow are required.
