Product improvement

In the course of continuous product improvement, we have optimized the pressure point, needle seal and needle guide of our HS 30 and HP 30 models. Our spare parts catalog and all available seal kits have also been adapted as part of this process.

The following points have been worked on in detail:

– The needle dimension has been changed to improve the pressure point for the pre-air
– The seal of the Perfekt 4 (self-adjusting PTFE seal) has been adopted in these models. The variants will be supplemented with the self-adjusting seal and offered as a standard version in future.

– The cotton seal can still be selected as an alternative.
– The PTFE cotton gasket installed on the air side has been replaced by a graphite gasket of the same shape.

This has the following advantages:

– Self-adjusting needle seal – no adjustment work for the user
– Less risk of incorrect adjustment by the user
– Easier maintenance
– Less sensitive to soiling from e.g. glue
– Proven technology – has been used in the Perfekt 4 for many years
