XLINE: Spray gun: HP 30 2K

The sophisticated design ensures short set-up times, maximum effectiveness, high service life and reflects the high value of the product. The main components are supplied by means of a material hose via the lower connection of the gun. The second component (activator) is sprayed via another side-mounted atomizing system. The targeted mixing of the two components takes place only in the spray jet. A premature reaction of the material is thus completely excluded. Continuous mixing of the components or time-specified cleaning intervals does not apply. The cleaning of the pistols takes place after the end of the work as with our conventional Krautzberger spray guns. Our system allows you to maintain the full function of our Krautzberger XLINE air nozzles and thus adjust flat and round jets. All material-bearing parts can be made of high quality stainless steel (optional). The gun can be connected to all low pressure material supply systems.

The XLINE air nozzle system offers the following advantages:

• Optimization of the air nozzle with the help of numerical flow simulation
• Material change on aluminium anodized, available in stainless steel on request
• Automated 100% control of air nozzles integrated in the manufacturing process
• Functional improvement of air nozzles
• Improved handling of air nozzles
• Very fine atomisation
• Wide homogeneous spraying pattern
• Easy adjustment of the spray pattern
• High transfer efficiency
• Many nozzle combinations possible

Special features:
