Spray Unit PK 20S / PK 40D

Description

Mode of operation
The unique PK 20S / PK 40D spray system combines the basic technological principles of spray technology and the pressurized containers from the Krautzberger product line.
 
Through the newly developed system it was possible to exponentially simplify the otherwise time-consuming work processes.
 
The system has been developed especially for the "Capacoat sprayable heat insulation" offered by Caparol Industrial Solutions GmbH.
 
Your advantages
The application with the strength of about 5 – 10 mm, corresponds about 85 – 95% with that of a conventional insulation measuring 100 – 150 mm. Especially noteworthy is the tensional bonding with the substrate; it can be applied without primer on almost all substrates and it is extremely flexible with respect to temperature fluctuations and elasticity. If necessary, the material can be offered in a flame resistant version. Areas of application are basically all areas that require heat or noise insulation as well as a safe-touch and anti-condensate coating. The system therefore offers significant cost advantages – it is environmentally friendly and optimizes your processes.
 
The system is mobile and can easily be used on construction sites.
 
Options
The system is available in two versions:
 
PK 20S
with one pressurized container (20l capacity)
 
PK 40D
with two pressurized containers (2 x 20l capacity)
 
Scope of delivery
The standard scope of delivery includes a 10-m hose package (air and material hose) and a handheld spray gun.
