HS 25 2K, 2-component gun

Description

The Krautzberger high-performance spray gun HS 25 2K is specifically designed for the spraying of 2-component dispersion adhesives. In this method, one component is atomised via the spray gun using the conventional method or using the low-mist HVLP method.

The coating material is fed via a material hose through the bottom connection of the gun. The second component (e.g. activator) is sprayed via an additional atomisation system mounted on the side of the gun. The coating material is fed via a separate material hose.

The two components are mixed in the spray jet, and this excludes the possibility of premature reaction of the material. There is no need to constantly mix the components and there are no predetermined cleaning intervals.

The guns are cleaned after use in the same way as standard spray guns. As it retains the full function of the two air humps, this unique system permits adjustment of flat and circular jets.

All parts coming into contact with the coating material are made of high-grade stainless steel. The gun can be connected to all low-pressure material supply systems.

Use in combination with the Krautzberger diaphragm pumps and material feed containers produces optimum results.
